Ultrasonic counter-current continuous extraction

Our ultrasonic counter-current continuous extraction system has below features:

1. Reduce extraction time significantly. Extraction time can be shortened to 1/6~1/24 of traditional extraction which is done by the cold ethanol extraction tank.

2. Higher extraction rate of effective ingredients. Yield will be increased by 15-50% compared to traditional tank extraction.

3. Usage of ultrasonic system helps avoid the usage of additives in the extraction process. 

4. Continuous and automatic production process will help improve production efficiency and reduces the number of workers and work force. 

5. Reduce solvent amount by around 50% and further reduce the workload of filtration, separation and condensation in later production, therefore, saving energy and production cost.

6. Equipped with material feeding system, control system, solvent flow and temperature control system, insulation system, stirring system, extracted liquid and residue separation system, residue treatment system, online washing/cleaning system and electronic operation PLC control system for the entire system. 

7. Residue treatment system includes squeezer, dryer, solvent recovery condenser and storage tank, dry residue conveyor etc. This system will recover the solvent from discharged hemp and the processed dried hemp can be used as fertilizer or feed etc. It can replace the DT toaster used in the traditional extraction and make the entire system more compact, high efficiency and saves cost.
