Vacuum oven

Vacuum ovens are usually used for the drying purposes of thermo sensitive substance and product that is easy to break down or be oxidized. With high degree of vacuum environment being created inside the chamber of our vacuum ovens, solvent(ethanol or water etc)’s boiling point becomes lower, so by setting to a certain degree of temperature which will not affect the quality of product, solvent will be evaporated and pumped out as gas leaving the dry product we need.    

Our vacuum oven has vacuum pump equipped and installed inside the machine so the entire system is more integrated, easier to use and more stable in operation. Our vacuum oven also support to pump inert gas into the chamber if necessary based on customers’ design requirement. We offer customization for different sizes of vacuum oven ranging from 27L to 1000L in chamber size.
