Mesh belt dryer

Our mesh belt drying machine is perfectly designed for hemp and some other plants and vegetable’s drying purposes. We use advanced control system for our machine which ensures accurate temperature control(within 2℃ differences) and uniform drying effect. It enables the user to adjust hot air speed and amount out of fan, belt running speed, and temperature in the dryer, to achieve best drying effect and optimize operational efficiency.

Our dryer is compatible with all kinds of heating sources: coal, firewood, biomass particle fuels, natural gas, LPG, alcohol-based fuel, diesel oil, steams, air heat pump and even industrial high temperature waste gas and water. No matter what heating sources you use, the final heating medium will be pure hot air which will be blown into the main body of dryer. This will ensure a clean environment of hemp or any other product. The mesh belt and all parts of machine that are in contact with hemp are made of food grade 304 stainless steel to ensure there is no contamination to the material.
